Ok so i named my phone ezra and last week i had a group lab and i had to send one of my lab partners pictures of the leaves we were studying and we both had samsung phones so we used group play
And he goes to add my phone “ezra right?” “Yea” i mean that is my phone yes
Ok so the lab is over and he goes “thanks for being a part of the group ezra” “oh lol my name is Maria” “why do you spell it ezra then??” “Uh that’s my phone’s name. It’s after my fav band’s lead singer” awkward laughter. I guess he knows I’m a weirdo now :(

Stories you read when you’re the right age never quite leave you. You may forget who wrote them or what the story was called. Sometimes you’ll forget precisely what happened, but if a story touches you it will stay with you, haunting the places in your mind that you rarely ever visit.
